Adam Plotkin is a managing director who serves as chief compliance officer and associate director of information management. He is also responsible for maintaining select institutional relationships and has marketing and client service responsibilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Caprin, he was a financial advisor for the Private Client Group at UBS Paine Webber.

Adam is active in the Richmond Jewish community and currently serves as a Chairman of the Board of The Richmond Jewish Foundation and is a past chairman of the RJF Investment Committee. Adam is a current board member of the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond.

In 1995, Adam graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Philosophy. He received a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College Graduate Institute in 1997. He is an avid tennis player and golfer.
