Cheryl Page is a managing director and serves as portfolio manager for Virginia-focused municipal bond portfolios. She serves as Investment Opportunity Strategist, is a member of the managed ETF strategy team, and is a member of Caprin’s credit and investment committees. Prior to joining Caprin, Cheryl was a vice president at Trusco Capital Management (formerly Crestar Asset Management) where she managed three municipal bond funds – the Virginia Intermediate Fund, the Virginia Fund, and the Maryland Fund – and also invested taxable bond accounts.
Cheryl graduated cum laude from State University of New York at Albany in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Psychology. She earned her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation in 1992 and her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 2000. Cheryl is a past president of CFA Virginia, is a past president of the Bond Club of Virginia and is also a past president of the Financial Planning Association of Central Virginia. She currently serves as a Board Member of Commonwealth Community Trust which offers Pooled Special Needs Trust Administration.
